FREE CONTINENTAL AND ENGLISH BREAKFAST FOR THE WHOLE SUMMER PERIOD
SPECIAL LONG STAY:
- 10% discount on monthly stay (4 weeks) in the apartments in June and September, 8% – in July
- 8% discount on 3-week stay in June, July and September
- 5% discount on 2-week stay in all period except August
5% discount shall apply when booking an apartment for summer season in advance, before the 30th of April.
For bookings made before 30 April 10% discount valid for all periods.Rates include (for a weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday):
- The normal consumption of water, electricity, air conditioning
- Initial supply of bed linen and towels, changed once a week free for stays longer than 7 nights, kitchen linen not available
- Using the outdoor pool with jacuzzi for adults and separate children's play area with adjoining
- Beach service which includes: 1 umbrella, 1 sun bed, 1 deckchair for flat
- ADSL Internet connection in all apartments and common areas, also wi-fi connecting
- Use of the kitchen complete with all utensils and crockery sufficient for a holiday in complete autonomy. Available to new mothers: the bottle warmer, steriliser, blender, table chair, baby bouncer, baby bath, changing table pad.
- NB: In the residence formula, the rearrangement of the apartment is scheduled every 7 days.
Formule hôtelière:
- Traitement en pension complète 40,00 € par personne et par jour (nettoyage quotidien et changement des serviettes inclus);
- Traitement demi-pension 30,00 € par personne et par jour (nettoyage quotidien et changement des serviettes inclus);
- Enfants jusqu'à 5 ans gratuit dans les deux cas.
Suppléments optionnels sur demande à régler sur place:
- Supplément lit ou lit bébé ajouté 10% en toutes périodes. Berceau gratuit si remplacement d'un lit.
- Place de parc intérieure sous vidéosurveillance 60,00 € la semaine et 10,00 € la journée, sous réserve de disponibilité.
- Chaise haute bébé 15,00 € par semaine.
- Poussette légère 15,00 € par semaine.
- Location de vélos 20,00 € par semaine.
- Ménage supplémentaire en milieu de semaine de la résidence et changement des draps et serviettes 25,00 € pour un studio et 35 € pour un T2 (hors kitchenette).
- Utilisation de la buanderie équipée de machines à laver et sèche-linge, détergents inclus 5,00 € par cycle, fer et planche à repasser inclus.
- Ménage final obligatoire : 40,00 € pour les T1, 50,00 € pour les T2.
- Obligation de rendre la kitchenette propre, si non facturée 20,00 €.
- Vue mer 40,00 € la semaine en juin et septembre, 50,00 € en juillet et août.
- Taxe de séjour : 1,00 € par personne et par jour pour un maximum de 10 jours, les enfants jusqu'à 11 ans sont exonérés. Séjour dans les mois de mai et septembre, 50% de réduction.
