You can choose to stay in a residence to have maximum autonomy and enjoy the Formula Hotel treatment with half board or full board and daily tidying up of the apartment. See the conditions on the prices page.
Included in the price of each residence is the possibility of enjoying the splendid buffet breakfast prepared for you by the Kiara Residence Hotel staff for all customers.
Bike rental at a cost of € 5 per day or € 20 per week - reservation is required.
In our structure you can also book a parking space in our underground parking. As there may not be enough parking spaces, please reserve your parking space in advance. Parking is subject to charges at a cost of € 60 per week.
At the Kiara residence you will also find a laundry room equipped with two washing machines and two dryers with electronic payment by means of a badge.
At Residence Kiara you will have at your complete disposal a splendid swimming pool with hydromassage corner and a small separate children's pool. The swimming pool, except for adverse weather conditions, will be open from 25 April to 30 September.
At the Kiara seaside residence you will also have included the beach service which includes 1 umbrella, 1 sunbed and 1 deckchair per apartment. On the beach you will find a children's play area and bar service
At Kiara Residence you can choose to have meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the adjacent local bar, pizzeria, restaurant and artisan ice cream parlor, where you can savor the tasty and genuine dishes of Abruzzo cuisine, an excellent pizza or an artisan ice cream absolutely delicious. At the restaurant you can also take advantage of the takeaway service, to enjoy meals in complete freedom within your apartments.
Our guests can enjoy cosy apartments equipped with modern domestic appliances and furniture: telephone, Internet access, air conditioning and heating with individual control, safe box, satellite TV, kitchenette (with microwave oven, fridge, electric oven, and tableware), bathroom with shower, flush toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and spacious balcony with a table and chairs. For tranquillity and safety purposes, entrance to the apartments is possible with entrance cards only (instead of traditional key).
Upon your request, the Kiara Residence can organize a transfer service from the airports of Pescara, Ancona and Rome, both for the outward and return journeys.
The service is subject to charges with rates to be agreed based on the periods and the number of people.
