ACCOMMODATION RULES

Accommodation of persons who have not been registered before arrival or of a higher number of persons than specified at the time of booking or in excess of the apartment capacity is prohibited. The prohibition also concerns children of any age, and failure to observe the rules may result in cancellation of booking, which means that you will not be allowed to stay in the apartment.

Smoking in the premises of the residence is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. We kindly ask you to observe accommodation rules, quiet hours in particular (2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

In case of claims or problems on the guests’ side, you can pay a visit to administration of the residence during its working hours or call in case of an emergency. We kindly ask you to notify us on any deficiencies or inconveniences, so that we could assist you at the soonest possible time.

All claims will be considered and settled, and all necessary repair works will be carried out within 24 hours.
