Check-in normally starts at 3 p.m. or later.
Check-out before – 10 a.m. on the specified day.

Rent Reductions

No reduction of the rent shall be applied in case of early departure or late arrival.

In case if lodging shall not be occupied by the visitor before 12 p.m. on the following day, booking shall be cancelled

Entrance cards must be collected and returned to the reception counter only: on weekdays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. / 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., on weekends and holidays 9 p.m. to 12 p.m.).

We kindly ask you to advice us of late or delayed arrival (after 7 p.m.) on the check-in day in advance.

In case of failure to notify before 12 p.m. on the following day, booking of the apartment shall be cancelled.
