BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Booking is confirmed after the prepayment amounting to 100% of the agreed price is credited to our account.

Deposit shall be paid within 7 days after the date of booking.

Acceptable ways of payment: postal money order, bank transfer, or credit card when booking via our website.

In case if the payment is not credited until the specified deadline, your order will be cancelled.

The remaining amount shall be paid by credit card or in cash upon arrival.

Deposit
When issuing entrance cards, we will ask for a deposit of € 200.00 as a security for reimbursement of any loss or damage, which will be returned at the time of departure, after the Board of Condition and Damage Affairs checks the apartment.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellations within 7 days from the check-in date for any reason, for any reason, none excluded, of a confirmed reservation, Kiara Residence will retain the entire amount of the reservation fee paid as a deposit. In case of cancellations up to 7 days before the check-in date, as a customer service, the deposit will be returned in the form of a valid Voucher that can be used for a subsequent holiday with a date to be determined, without setting a deadline and will also be transferable to third parties!
